Why woodworking is hard: This is the first book in the series. By the time you finish this book, you can confidently create an entire piece just about by hand. There are three fundamental steps in this book: the beginning is building something from the idea in your head, and how to start building it; the end of the construction phase is using each step to complete the work; finally the finish of the project is showing the parts and finishing to the best of your ability.
How is woodworking hard? You need to do what is called: “the build”, that is what I mean. This means a process of building a piece of wood or something that is a solid from the idea in your head to creating it, starting with solid blocks and progressively building each component of the building. This process requires that you use your imagination, use tools to work with as you are in the process of building the piece. After building the piece of wood you will be able to do the complete construction of the object by following the above described steps.

Why woodworking is hard: This is the second book in the series. By this time you will be able to perform the steps described in the book for building the pieces of wood described in the book.
How is woodworking hard? You need to make a solid from the building in your mind and keep trying until you have it. This may take several attempts, and the end result may not be totally solid.
