Will I lose weight when I’m in a negative body fat percentage?
The only weight loss I’ve found that can occur is as a result of exercise. This is probably due to the fact that you’re working out for 2-3 hours per day for 3 weeks.

I don’t think so; it’s likely you’re too busy working/school/family for these reasons. I find the best way to lose weight is to start exercising every day — preferably at least twice a week. Also, make sure you’re eating a lot of water and food.
