How do you lose inches off your hips?

I get it. Do a lot of men do that every day, or just in sports like baseball?

I’m not a doctor or a health expert. So I don’t know why people are commenting. Maybe it’s a symptom of how we view ourselves. I’m just going through the pain. There’s nothing wrong with it.

Let me give you another example of a guy who was a great player, and a good person. We all respect that person. He was able to have success because of his skills and his hard work. The same thing goes for the people I’ve talked to.

So you don’t want to see anyone go through pain?

No, but I’ve got to acknowledge that I’m suffering. I’ve got to go, “I have to work through this and see this and understand that I’m going through this. It’s OK.”

“There’s nothing wrong with it.”

I get it. But I’ve learned that the way you feel doesn’t reflect who you really are, and it doesn’t reflect the way you see yourself. So if you’re going through things that are tough and hard, it can be good for you to acknowledge it and acknowledge that. That’s how I am. I’m not hiding who I am, so I’m okay with that.

How do you relate to people’s struggle with mental health?

I think it’s a normal part of the human condition, and that is why I started talking about mental health as an area. People need more than a few words to acknowledge, because there is a lot more that goes into someone’s mental health. This is a normal part of people’s lives that some people don’t realize.

I don’t want people to judge me if they’ve never had it. I’ve been through the struggles, but I’m willing to talk to anyone about how they’re feeling because I don’t feel alone. I don’t feel like it’s a personal battle.

A lot of people struggle with anxiety and depression, and I think this can be a normal part of those people’s lives. And some people need an outlet that helps them feel better in that way.

Have you ever been bullied?

Not very much. But I’m not a big fan of bullies. I don’t want anybody to be hurt. But it’s also because I feel strongly that if I could make this into a job, I would want to be a professional musician.
