I’m the type of person who is prone to dieting in order to lose weight. I’ve heard a few friends that have gotten to where they need to become a little more healthy by themselves. I like the concept of trying to get myself to be more like them, but I’m not sure what to do about it. Do I gain weight? I know people who are thin through natural means while still eating the same way as everyone else, but I also know others who have tried all the weight-loss techniques that are out there. I’m not so sure that I believe in this approach. As a healthy, active person, I have plenty of fat around my midsection, as it should be. Should I be trying to lose weight? I’m a little unsure how this question relates to whether or not I should have a diet. Does this answer that question? I don’t feel like dieting is the answer. If I am serious about losing weight, I would be eating a really healthy diet, with lots of variety to keep myself satisfied. I really like to eat out and drink a lot, and I think that it’s healthier than the traditional food-based approach. Should I be eating healthier for me or for the people who I have a relationship with? Would this be worth my time or money?
