How can I lose my gut in 30 days? – Simple Easy Weight Loss Meals

Most of the time I’ve taken on gut-related stuff that was pretty cool! I started writing for Longevity, and since then the article has gotten a ton of traffic! I also just started a health blog, called GoodHealthBlog.com , which should be up soon. So, I have a bit more time to play and learn.

How does the gut get better?

Losing the gut is one of the greatest things you can do for your health and longevity. It’s not the easy way, but it has a way of doing things that no one thought possible.

There are lots of great stories about how the gut actually works (especially the gut of the obese mouse), but there is a few key ingredients for it to work better, which are:

Nutrition

Antioxidants

Sustainability (sustainable farming)

Stress relief (calms the body)

These ingredients are also easy things to implement because it’s easy to look at the way they work in the gut, and have a good, safe gut, whereas, if you just look at the body part, the gut is an organ that needs to be maintained well. Most of us eat healthy, but have a lot of trouble keeping up with the whole body, so we keep things in the kitchen in the hope that we get lucky and only eat what we need from there. You can be healthy and happy eating well, but you just don’t have that long shelf life.

However, there are also great stories where the gut makes up for it, especially when it comes to dieting. People tend to get a pretty healthy gut and can eat lots of food without being concerned about it feeling bad, so they think, “Maybe this will fix it for me” but they tend to be miserable and not eat very much.

I know I was. I’d eat whatever it took to gain weight in college, but I had a pretty rough going at my job. I lost 50 lbs. over the course of a year! That took a lot of effort, but the more I ate and maintained a good, healthy gut, the more I got lean and thin.

Now, if we’d been taking the same diet and healthy lifestyle, there’s a 100% chance we would have been miserable for at least a year.

In other words, you should have gotten a gut doctor’s referral, and most doctors would have been happy to help you.
