I am not familiar with the exact wording of your question, but I will give you my opinion about the interpretation of the word haram.
It seems to be related and related with three terms which are related that the two meaning are connected in that it has to do with something forbidden and prohibited by Allah.
In the Qur’an
2. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“O Prophet (Muhammad), tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) and to be modest.”
So then there is a possibility for women to go for a walk or a walk without veils or for women to go out with their veils drawn by their own, and for women to go out for some time without being asked. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“But in any case they should not draw their veils over their bosoms or over their faces or their hands except they (women) are clearly wearing outer garments that display their adornments. And such, if you are aware, would be transgressors.”
In the hadeeths
Al-Bukhaari, no. 1610. Narrated by al-Nisa’i, who said: I heard Anas say: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “If you see a woman who does not draw her veil over her bosom or her face or her hands (except), then she is not allowed to draw her veil over her bosom or her face or a hand except she is clearly displaying her adornments.” I said: Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), what do you mean by the man, i.e., the one who uses his hand for her and then removes it (i.e., the veiling of her)? He said: He is that one. Narrated by al-Bukhaari, no. 1628. Narrated by Abu Hurayrah; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’, 2771; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’, 2782.
