Sketch Edit. When you edit a photo, all of an image’s layers are moved into the edit window, and your edits are applied to the top.
What is the difference between the layers and the editing area?
The layers are where you define what type of layers to apply to an image. You can add layers to a frame or apply them to specific layers in layers.
What is the difference between layers and the frames?
Layers are what you use to edit a photo. All layers are in the edit and layer windows.
There is a specific icon for the layers windows, labeled T. When this icon is clicked, you can add and remove layers. For that, just click and drag in the layers window, and then drag the mouse pointer to the appropriate spot. There is no visible warning. This is a shortcut to the layer menu, and not in any way related to the frames (or to the editing area, or the layers) in Photoshop.
If you would like to add one of these layers, click and drag on the icon on top of the document. Then click and drag to move the layer to the canvas or to the layer. Then click to remove the layer.
What is the difference between the layer icons, and the edit window?
The layer icons are where you specify how other layers are laid on top of your own. You can also change how the layer window is displayed in the layer list by using the icon for the window in the layer list. When you are ready to save a single layer, open up the layers window, click the layer icon at the bottom to open the edit window, and put that layer in the canvas.
What are the layers window and the layers icon?
The layers window is one type of window used to lay out all of your layers in Photoshop. In addition to the layer icon, Photoshop also includes a layer icon. Both the layers window and the layers icon are located at the top-right corner of the document.
